All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change if:

  • The condition or size of the property differs from the original description

  • Additional services are requested

  • Excessive cleaning conditions are present

 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time, a service fee may also apply.

 

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We may accept payment methods including:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Other approved payment methods

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the property

  • Securing valuable or fragile items

  • Informing us of any hazards, special instructions, or areas requiring attention

Midnite Blu Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.

 

7. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please contact us within 24–48 hours after service completion so we may address the concern.

 

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
